New Hotel opening! Human Resources Officer
We are recruiting for one of the Coolest New opening Hotels coming to Hoxton! Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 27-floor art’otel Hoxton (expected in 2024) promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 343 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.
As a Master of your Craft …
- Ability to assist and guide team members on an ad hoc basis
- Knowledge of a Hotel 90 Day Plan, ensuring agreed targets and projects are met within the agreed timescales
- Complete weekly HOD report
- Be able to support the Heads of Departments to actively recruit, screen and follow Company Procedures to attract qualified candidates for vacancies
- Pro-actively promote the PPHE Hotel Blueprint throughout the hotel, ensuring all activities contribute to achieving the desired working climate
- Support the HODs in conducting investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings and ensures any correspondence is completed and issued within departmental deadlines
- Ensure compliance with hotel Human Resources guidelines, policies, and procedures, as well as employment law, rules, and regulations
- Be flexible in dealing with multiple HR Administration tasks as given to you by your line Manager
