The Team

You will sit within the wider Marketing team working with a variety of stakeholders across the business including Commercial.

The Role
The Data Administrator will be responsible for supporting Liaison Group with the cleansing, maintenance and updating of its CRM platform, Microsoft Dynamics.

You will work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to update various elements of contact records, conduct research on contact data across the NHS and support with marketing tracking and reporting.

This role is for approximately 6 months, potentially longer dependent on the progress of the project.

The Individual
We are ideally looking for experience with data administration, however we will consider candidates who demonstrate the core skills.

You must be able to demonstrate:

Essential:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A hands-on approach and comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Desirable:
  • Experience using CRM systems
