Position: Human Resources Manager (HR)
Contract: Permanent
Employer: Humber Bridge Board
Location: Hessle, Hull, HU13 0JG
Salary: Grade 10 (£40,478 - £43,516)
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm

The Human Resources Manager is a key role at the Humber Bridge Board and you will be joining us as we continue on our journey of improvement as we redesign the organisation to better meet the needs of the Strategic Plan and objectives.
This means you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, to develop the organisation's culture, values, plans and objectives and have overall responsibility for the day to day delivery of the HR functions, including learning and development, recruitment and retention, pay and reward, employee relations, case management and general advice.
This is what you’ll be doing
- developing professional working relationships to support, challenge and inform decision making in relation to departmental issues, offering innovative and feasible solutions
- working with the Senior Leadership Team and Wellbeing Champions, leading the development and implementation of our Wellbeing Strategy
- providing support, advice and guidance to Supervisors and Managers on business and process improvement
- directing and manage the Human Resources team and other resources to support other managers.
- ensuring the Humber Bridge Board has in place suitable and appropriate HR policies and procedures
- management and coordination of external suppliers and SLAs (i.e. recruitment, training, wellbeing, and benefits)
