We are seeking to appoint an HR professional to provide high quality HR support to our School Leaders and to manage the personnel needs of all the 122 permanent staff at BGN School.
Applicants will need to have a proven background in HR. An understanding of an education setting would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will be good at working both independently and collaboratively, and will also be highly organised, an excellent communicator, able to maintain strict confidentiality and work calmly under pressure.
Some degree of flexibility in hours or working days may be required at peak times.
You will be able to work with a fantastic and supportive team of colleagues.
If you feel you could excel in this role we would love to hear from you.
You are welcome to visit us prior to application. Please call to arrange a suitable date and time to look around and meet some of our staff.
As a Catholic school, all applicants must be fully able to support the Catholic Christian ethos and have regard for the Catholic character of the school which is particularly relevant to the selective admissions process for BGN. However, it is not a requirement that the post holder is Catholic themselves.
