Job description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Manager Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the Management Team to help manage and administer our Human Resources related activities.
This will include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, payroll, performance management, and compliance. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable HR experience and help to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Provide onboarding support, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and assisting with onboarding tasks.
- Manage employee benefits, including enrolling new employees, administering changes, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with performance management activities
- Assist with other HR related tasks as needed.

Salary: £12,058.43-£31,526.62 per year
