The Role
Will suit candidates with the desire to grow and progress within the company with the support of ongoing professional training and development in the HR field.
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (office based)
Starting Salary: £24,000 per annum with 6% bonus payment based on team performance.

About the Role:
- Manage the administration of the HR function including recruitment, induction & integration, training records, employee letter production and HR data output reports.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records.
- Support the HR Manager in the implementation of new processes, system implementation and communications about employee benefits, legislation and changes to existing laws.
- Drive communication and promotional activity of employee benefits across the site.
- Represent Brioche Pasquier at public events and positively promote the company wherever possible.
