The Role

Human Resources (HR) Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Our HR Administrator will support the HR Manager with all administrative tasks relating to the employee life cycle, day to day office administration and data collection.
You will work alongside the HR Assistant, Receptionist and Housekeeping as one team to provide our internal and external customers with a lasting positive experience of working, visiting or interacting with Brioche Pasquier UK.

Will suit candidates with the desire to grow and progress within the company with the support of ongoing professional training and development in the HR field.


Hours:
Full Time Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (office based)


Starting Salary:
£24,000 per annum with 6% bonus payment based on team performance.

About the Role:
  • Manage the administration of the HR function including recruitment, induction & integration, training records, employee letter production and HR data output reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records.
  • Support the HR Manager in the implementation of new processes, system implementation and communications about employee benefits, legislation and changes to existing laws.
  • Drive communication and promotional activity of employee benefits across the site.
  • Represent Brioche Pasquier at public events and positively promote the company wherever possible.
