Position Summary
As the Human Resource Coordinator, you assist with general human resource processes predominantly for our UK team, but also across Europe where required.
Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, hyper-organized, and proactive problem-solver.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitates the onboarding and offboarding process of UK employees and contractors
- Administers UK health, benefit and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Acts as a backup for Global Mobility requests which includes processing employee visa applications and providing guidance on general immigration and travel queries.
- Assists with the leave management process.
- Conducts audits/reporting of leave management, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action as required.

Provide administrative support to the HR department, as needed, in areas such as research, record-keeping, file maintenance, andHRIS entry/reporting for the UK and other countries within Europe
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
- Assists with implementation of HR policies and guidelines
- Assists in ensuring compliance with local employment/labour laws
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested
- Responsible for accurate and timely record keeping utilizing the Companies HRIS
- Participates in the system of offer letters, contract preparation and candidate extension, in line with company process
- Participation in payroll date preparation and send all documents to the payroll provider.
- Maintain a high degree of personal confidentiality and manage systems to ensure that all HR and personal data is processed and stored in line with European Data protection laws
- Prepare HR and other documents on a daily basis
- Adhere to all HR deadlines (documents from new starters, contract extension, documents to the payroll provider)
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Human Resources, administrative or customer service field.
- Higher Education preferred but not essential depending on work experience.
- Computer work, written and spoken skills in English.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday advantageous but not essential).
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, highly collaborative, able to express ideas readily, manage change
