The MGroup Services Water Division is recruiting an interim HR Co-ordinator (up to 6 months) who is committed to adding value to HR services. This is a fantastic opportunity to form part of our Human Resources team, reporting to our ER Manager supporting several contracts within the Water Division, with hybrid working on offer but with travel required to various locations across the UK.
This would present an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their next step in HR, having had solid HR working experience in an administrative role.
As the HR Co-ordinator your duties and responsibilities will be:
- To provide proactive, professional support to the HR Business Partners teams and centres of expertise in the delivery of value add HR support and the people plan.
- You will provide transactional HR support to the business units
- You will support regular review of system compliance in relevant processes
- Support HR Business Partner teams in Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning, performance planning and Organisational change by maintaining accurate data within the associated process.
- Provide project administrative support to the team
- Provide HR data to businesses as required as part of monthly reporting
- Seek, identify and develop solutions to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of HR support to the business.
- Takes ownership for delivery of assigned work within HR programmes/initiatives.
- Provide ER admin support to the business, including drafting letters, taking notes in meetings, responding to emails directing managers to policy and procedures.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative and operational HR activity.
Skills and knowledge requirements:
Are you able to demonstrate strong customer service skills to businesses?
Do you have experience of providing transactional HR to support the delivery of HR initiatives and projects?
Can you work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to plan and prioritise?
Are you IT literate, with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint?

This is a Home based role we will consider applications from anywhere in the UK, The willingness travel is a key requirement.
