Opportunity to work within a dynamic global team, with the London office responsible for coverage across both European and APAC markets. As part of a team of c.15 people, you will have the chance to regularly interact and work with colleagues across all levels on a variety of projects, making a real impact.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Intern, Real Estate Investments, you’ll:
Participate and support the analysts and other members of the team in the active management of PSP Investments’ Real Estate portfolio- Support analysts and other members of the team in the analysis of prospective real estate transactions across sectors (e.g. residential, logistics, office, etc.)
- Participate and support the analysts and other members of the team during the due diligence process
- Provide assistance with collecting information and updating internal databases
- Provide assistance in researching, synthesizing and analyzing data on various real estate markets
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (Commerce with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics or in Engineering with a minor in Finance) or in a postgraduate diploma (Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, MBA)- High academic achievement
- Enrollment in CFA program is an asset
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy
- Effective communications skills, both written and spoken
- Attention to detail and rigorous approach to research, analysis and documentation
- Eagerness to learn, ideate and innovate
- Interest in real estate investments and knowledge of relevant financial modelling is an asset
