Human Resources Co-ordinator:
Monday - Friday
· ER: managing all ER casework across the company, totaling 172 staff. Including but not limited to managing investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management cases across multiple sites. Many of the ER cases can be complex and absence management cases can lead to referrals or discussion with management for lighter duties.
· Project work:heavily involved in leading and supporting with important company wide projects, including implementing new company values, ensuring current policies are up to standards i.e absence policy, supporting with companywide pay reviews.
· Strategy:Attended business planning meetings and assisted the organization with business tender meetings to take on new and existing business.
· Meetings:Representing HR at monthly head of departments meetings, including preparing a detailed excel report on all HR activity with charts and graphs.
· Learning & Development:responsible for all HR related training, including policy changes, processes and best practice. This included absence management, safer recruitment and holding successful reviews, also ensuring all traiing of staff is up to date
· Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle including posting job adverts, stripping CVs, interviewing candidates, and liaising with recruitment agencies, including negotiating terms of business and discussion with hiring manager
· Compliance: checking and uploading all new starter documents, managing and chasing documents that are expiring, auditing documents in preparation for local authority inspections, applying for references and DBS checks.
· ER: Advising and supporting Line Managers through investigations and disciplinaries, including note-taking and writing outcome letters.
· Reports: Preparing monthly reports on all HR activity; including recruitment, absence, headcount and employee relations for the HR Director to present at senior leadership meetings. This included the production of graphs and charts on Excel.
· Payroll: Preparing a monthly spreadsheet for the Payroll team containing salary increases, maternity, absences, new starters and leavers. & OT
· Inductions: completing all new started inductions.
· Raising and issuing all contracts and changes to contracts for example permanent role after probation and pay rises or job change following a review.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
