The Opportunity
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will support HR processes for Abt Associates in Britain. You will support the Director- Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Director for Global Acquisition in supporting hire-to-retire processes for Abt Associates in Britain. You will also support the management of consultant databases and processes needed for the execution of framework agreements for FCDO, the Green Climate Fund, the Global Fund and the European Commission and support new business development. You will lead all new employee onboarding for Abt Associates in Britain and support recruitment.
Core Responsibilities
- Supports recruitment of consultants, including due diligence checks and collecting required paperwork.
- Compiles consultant database and maintains communication with consultants
- Supports recruitment of employees as needed, including sourcing of candidates and requisition creation
- Formats CVs that are needed for FCDO and EU tender responses
- Leads onboarding of new staff in Abt Associates in Britain
- Other duties as assigned
What We Value
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Associate CIPD preferred
- Flexibility, creativity, and an eagerness to problem solve and collaborate with other team members.
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Capable of discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality of information
- Knowledge of use of basic spreadsheets, HR / Staff databases, and word processing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working independently and driving results Ability to multitask while handling shifting priorities.
