Human Resources Compliance Assistant

To provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, supporting our holiday parks to ensure People Compliance across the business along with generalist HR responsibilities.
Job Description:
- Support the People Compliance Manager ensuring People Compliance across the business, this includes but is not limited to DBS, Right to Work, SIA, and Reference checks.
- Monitor and report on DBS / DS, Right to Work, SIA and Reference checks completed throughout the business and liaise with parks and central office to ensure the successful completion where there is any non-compliance.
- Complete regular system data review to ensure Parkdean Resorts is complaint in accordance with internal policies and within current legislation.
- Provide training & support to Parks and central office on our internal and 3rd party systems and processes.
- Enter information into to our People System accurately and thoroughly.
- Conduct system uploads and be accountable for data inputted.
- Complete routine assignments independently.
- Complete tailored projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £22,000.00 per year
