Human Resources Business Partner
London (Battersea Power Station) / Hybrid - typically 2 days per week WFH
OVERVIEW:
The HR BP UK/EU will support our People and Culture goals for our European region. Working closely with regional Senior HR BPs and Global HR BPs, this role will also collaborate with our global pillars: Global Talent Acquisition, Global Total Reward and Global Learning and Development to operationalize best practices within the region.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Working with Senior HRBP, parter with the stakeholders of the organisation and support the HR strategy of the business
- First point of contact for HR queries, supporting Senior HRBP to provide a proactive, responsive and professional HR service
- Support with HR projects, initiatives and annual activities
- Supporting, coach and influence managers to take the best approach to dealing with ER cases such as grievances etc
- Coaching managers in addressing sickness and absence issues
- Identify opportunities for policy/procedural improvements
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations such as issuing contracts, maternity leave etc
- Liaise with Senior HR BPs, Global HR BPs and .the global and local HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Reward and Learning and Development)
- Play a role in a SharkNinja culture of respect and inclusivity
- Ensure 100% adherence to compliance of all employment laws in each European country
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist, including advising and supporting managers through ER issues
- Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, reaching to evolving situations at pace, re-evaluating plans or decisions as they develop
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Experience in working in a pan-European function, supporting functions both within UK and Europe
- Experience working with data analytics and reporting
- Experience working with tech/engineering/IT client group.
