**Join Our Team as an HR Business Partner**

Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? We are looking for a talented and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will play a crucial role in delivering an integrated, comprehensive, and commercially focused HR service to our organization. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by influencing our HR plan and driving organizational success.

What you’ll be doing!

Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with the HR leadership team to develop and implement Divisional HR Plans, policies, and practices. Your input will be critical in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Partnership and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with the heads of all business functions and provide expert counsel and support to line management. Your guidance will help them effectively implement key HR initiatives.

Consistent Implementation: Ensure that HR programs, policies, and initiatives are consistently interpreted and implemented across the organization. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance and best practices.

Measurement and Evaluation: Work with the HR leadership team to develop tools to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Your insights will enable us to continuously improve our HR strategies.

Business Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders and gain a deep understanding of their business needs. By aligning HR with the overall business objectives, you will contribute to the success of the organization.

Employee Relations and Compliance: Provide advice to managers in line with employment legislation and collaborate with them on employee relations issues. You will foster a positive work environment and ensure legal compliance.

Talent and Succession Planning: Support the business in building a credible talent and succession pipeline. Your expertise will help identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.

Champion Change: As a change champion, identify opportunities for efficiency across the organization. Your proactive approach will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

HR Experience: You should have a good level of experience within HR, with a sound understanding of HR processes and employment law. You will have experience with mergers and acquisitions and be able to take the lead on TUPE. Experience in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous.

Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to work in a matrix management organization, providing leadership, and managing teams to successful delivery. Your strong teamwork skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Analytical and IT Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using HR systems and MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.

Professionalism and Integrity: You should possess excellent customer service skills, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial in this role. You will effectively convey information to diverse audiences within the organization.
