We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and provide invaluable support to our Finance and Social Enterprise Directorate. This crucial division plays a pivotal role in generating essential funds for our charitable organisation. From delivering first aid courses to our charity shops, these functions help us to raise vital resources. Moreover, this directorate also plays a crucial role in ensuring prudent financial management of our charity's assets.
As the HR Business Partner for our Finance and Social Enterprise Directorate, you will shape and execute a comprehensive workforce strategy. Collaborating closely with the directorate, you will provide invaluable people insights to guide workforce decisions and drive strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic workforce plan aligned with the directorate's goals, drive the talent agenda, supporting senior leaders through substantial organsiational change and more broadly work with the wider HR team to design and deliver the best solutions for the organisation.
As HR Business Partner your day-to-day role will involve bringing our values to life in the following ways:
- Engaging in strategic workforce planning, and collaborating with leaders to develop workforce plans encompassing capability, capacity, development, and positive working culture.
- Work with our leaders to define people priorities that align with the experience we want to create for our people at BRC
- Deliver products that encourage our people to take ownership of their own performance, careers and learning, but providing them with a range of different options, resources and experiences
- Creating a safe and inclusive environment culture within the directorate
- Being compassionate in your approach and building strong relationships with stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be an experienced strategic leader with a good understanding of the full range of HR services (Resourcing, Advice and Casework, Development, Employee relations)
- A strong track record in providing business partnering services and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive positive change.
- Experience of workforce planning, talent management and succession planning to develop enabling work programmes.
- To have data literate skills to interpret and share reports and KPIs as well as having experience in using metrics and other data.
