About The Role
The HR function is a professional environment and a team of thirteen which consist of HR, Facilities and Reception staff, split across London and Gloucester and provides a full HR generalist, talent acquisition, facilities and specialist service to the Claranet UK Ltd for all its sites across the UK, including London, Gloucester, Warrington, Bristol, Leeds and Chelmsford.

Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Support with the implementation and development of the new HR Information System including scoping
- Be the point of contact for collation of data for the new HR system and queries on the project plan.
- Review and update the data in the current HR system to ensure it is ready for migration to the new HR system
- Be responsible for the collation of the data to be migrated to the new HR system
- Support with the implementation and development of the new benefits platform
- Act as the main point of contact for all system queries regarding the benefits platform
- Review and update documents to be used for the benefits platform
- Take ownership of setting weekly reviews on project updates
- Support with the development and implementation of the new recruitment system working closely to the recruitment team.
- Support with the ongoing maintenance of the HR Systems, including but not limited to Sage, Cintra and MY Path
- Act as the main point of contact for all system queries arising following the implementation of the New HR system
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure implementation of the system occurs is delivered on time
- Support with the mitigation of change impacts and resolutions
- Work with the Project lead to ensure all communication and training materials are created and ready to be delivered
- Produce the BU monthly reports for the HRD and MD
- Produce HR reports on an ad hoc basis
Human Resources
- Cover and support the HR Administrator role as and when required
- Conduct Exit Interviews leavers, managing and monitoring any trends that occur in conjunction with the HR team.
- Have some understanding of UK employment law and legislation, how it impacts the business and keep up to date with changes in legislation.
- Support the wider HR team with adhoc projects.

About You
- Good solid operational HR experience
- HR Database experience
- Good project management skills
- Communicates clearly and persuasively at all levels of the organisation
- Highly organised with excellent planning skills
- Must be comfortable working with a high degree of change and ambiguity
- Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team, but also to work independently

- A practical and common-sense approach to HR matters
- Self-motivated positive and driven individual
- Willing to travel to other sites when required
In addition, the following are highly desirable:
- Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and working towards qualification
- Previous HR experience from within a Service or IT industry
