We are looking for a highly motivated and organised person to join our busy Human Resources and Organisational Development service.

Do you have excellent business administration skills and enjoy working in a challenging and busy work environment? Can you handle a high workload, work accurately under pressure, and adhere to tight deadlines?

About the role

You will be part of the Organisational Development Team within Human Resources working predominantly with learning and development colleagues. However, you will also be required to work within other areas of the business on an ongoing basis.

You will be able to work calmly under pressure and pay attention to detail. You will have the ability to work co-operatively as a team and to work independently. You must be a good communicator with a customer focused-approach.
