To support our growth ambitions, we are recruiting a Human Resources & Learning Manager to join our UK Team.
Reporting to the Head of HR this person will provide front line HR and Learning support for our 14 hotels in the UK and Ireland.

What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the primary point of contact for HR queries from Hotel Teams
Supporting managers in dealing with all ER Matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, etc)
Advising Hotel Managers on HR Policy and best practise
Actively supporting with Hotel Recruitment and Selection
Administration of the Learning Management System (FLOW) for all Learners in UK and Ireland
Delivery of new HR initiatives to support overall business strategy - HR Audits to ensure compliance
Culture Champion for our easyHotel People Pillars
Who are you:
We’re looking for an HR Manager who is in their element supporting hotel managers and their teams with all day to day operations HR matters, so some experience in a multisite environment would be advantageous. You will be excited to work with the Head of HR and other International HR Managers on the development and delivery of transformational projects that support our growth ambitions.
You will have experience working as an HR Manager or HR Officer ideally in a customer facing environment that operates across multiple locations
You will have demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
You will have the ability (and appetite!) to balance multiple projects and prioritise accordingly
Knowledge of HR systems and databases (previous experience with Fourth Hospitality and/or FLOW learning would be a real plus)
Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
