The Job:
Job Title: HR Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Analyse and assess attorney caseloads, experience, feedback and availability to effectively staff them and support workforce allocation
- Prepare staffing proposals and communicate expectations with attorneys and senior leadership
- Coordinate orientation sessions and prepare meetings with new partners and associates
- Maintain data accuracy across platforms to track staffing needs and financial forecasting
- Prepare critical staffing analysis for regular Partner and management meetings
- Collaborate with other teams and system managers to identify opportunity for improvements and efficiencies in team operations
What is the company looking for?
- Strong background in a legal practice is highly desirable
- 3-5 years' in a professional services organisation
- Strong MS Excel proficiency required
- A solutions-oriented and analytical approach to work
- Excellent communication skills, capability to initiate rapport with junior and senior team members
