The Job:

Job Title: HR Analyst

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Analyse and assess attorney caseloads, experience, feedback and availability to effectively staff them and support workforce allocation
  • Prepare staffing proposals and communicate expectations with attorneys and senior leadership
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and prepare meetings with new partners and associates
  • Maintain data accuracy across platforms to track staffing needs and financial forecasting
  • Prepare critical staffing analysis for regular Partner and management meetings
  • Collaborate with other teams and system managers to identify opportunity for improvements and efficiencies in team operations

What is the company looking for?

  • Strong background in a legal practice is highly desirable
  • 3-5 years' in a professional services organisation
  • Strong MS Excel proficiency required
  • A solutions-oriented and analytical approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, capability to initiate rapport with junior and senior team members
