Brief outline of the role:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team on a part-time basis.
You will be responsible to provide a high-quality advice and support service to staff and managers on all things HR including employee relations, absence management and organisational change.
Working with a small and friendly team of HR professionals, you will work together to ensure a consistent and comprehensive service is given to our staff to support them to be the best that they can be.
The role is based on blended working with a mix of home working and in our head office in Hove.
