Job description
We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR topics, such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to complex HR issues is also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers on employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop training programs for employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Maintain records of employee data in accordance with applicable laws.

Salary: £29,918.00-£31,134.00 per year
