Human Resources Advisor - £34,000 + Performance Bonus
About The Role:
As a Senior HR Advisor in our Consultant Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging and positive experience for our consultants. Using your people expertise, your focus will be to understand and support ongoing consultant journeys, using data insight to design and build exciting new ways to support their career development. You will act as a career coach for our consultants aligning work and development opportunities to their career ambitions.
Our approach aims to further embed inclusivity into the FDM community, whilst also meeting key business objectives. This role will include elements of employee engagement, coaching, performance, L&D, reward, people analytics and will be integral to the delivery of a transformational programme of work. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the People Profession and would like to contribute to making positive changes in the workplace.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for conducting coaching conversations with consultants and helping to embed a coaching culture amongst consultants
- Supporting consultants to turn feedback into development objectives to improve their performance and meet their career ambitions
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders; including our clients
- Partnering with stakeholders to support consultants, particularly our Sales, Academy, Recruitment and People functions
- Providing training and briefings to consultants and the wider business, as well as contributing to events
- Reviewing, benchmarking, and implementing consultant salary packages
- Contributing to Consultant Experience project deliverables to support our transformation
- Maintaining data integrity and generating reports and analysis on key team activities and research to the wider business
- Making informed recommendations and decisions by outlining people and commercial implications, ensuring equity and inclusivity are maintained
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR/ L&D role
- Proactive with good relationship building skills
- Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Passion for employee engagement and creating a positive employee experience
- Enjoys using analytical and creative skills to solve problems
- Has a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative and works well within a team and cross-functionally
- Solid technical skills and knowledge of HR/employee digital tools
Desirable but not essential:
- Part/fully CIPD qualified
- Coaching qualification/experience
- An appreciation of the IT and business services sector
- An awareness of user experience design principles
- Experience working in teams using agile methodology
