Job description
The successful candidate will be a key part of the HR function and will support the delivery of a proactive HR approach, providing professional best practice advice and guidance across all departments and ensuring alignment with strategic and business priorities. The ability to build relationships, influence, coach and communicate at all levels is essential for the role, in addition to key skills such as problem solving, attention to detail, prioritisation and sound evidence-based judgement.
The role will focus on day-to-day generalist activities so no two days will be the same and there will be lots of opportunities to get involved with key HR projects going forward.

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
