We are now looking for a HR Administrator to support both the Human Resources function and the Manufacturing (Plant Management) organisation. This is a great opportunity to gain HR experience in a varied role, where you will provide HR support for the employee lifecycle (recruitment to leavers), manage administration of employee benefits, including company cars, manage HR digital files in line with GDPR requirements and assist with training administration. You will contribute to monthly data reports and KPI’s, support sickness absence reporting, take notes at key meetings and support HR activities and projects.
For the manufacturing organisation, the role includes supporting site communication, community liaison, creating purchase requisitions/liaising with suppliers, supporting with site visits and event management. ?

The role is based at Kemira’s Bradford site and reports into the Sr HR Manager role.

What you’ll bring to the team: ?
High level of organisational and administrative skills, combined with Human Resource experience, or CIPD qualification with an eagerness to develop your HR experience.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both written and verbally.
Able to problem solve, demonstrate initiative and plan ahead
Able to produce work to high standard of accuracy and demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Computerised HR Systems, SAP.
