Key Information
Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.
Duration of Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months
Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Full Time)
Location: Sutton. The post-holder will also be required to work at the ICR’s London or Sutton site as required for business purposes. The ICR offers a discretionary hybrid working policy, facilitating a combination of home-working and working on site.

Summary of Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join our HR Operations team. The focus of the role is to provide a high-quality HR administrative service to client departments, as well as support HR colleagues to provide effective HR advice and guidance to staff and managers. You will also support the wider work of the HR department to ensure the provision of an effective service to the ICR.
