POSITION SUMMARY:
We have an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to join us a HR & Recruitment Administrator toprovide support with recruitment and generalist HR tasks.
You will play a critical part in delivering a good candidate/employee experience throughout the full employee life cycle. You will assist the HRBPand HR Director to deliver an exceptional service to our key stakeholders at site.
You will need to have good communication skills and be self-motivated. We are looking for a team player who is conscientious in their approach to work with good attention to detail. You will have a positive attitude, can do approach to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
· Supporting the recruitment process through advertising vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting right to work checks.
· Making offers of employment including issuing of employment contracts and new starter documents.
· Onboarding new starters to the HR system and creating electronic employee files.
· Requesting and completing employee references.
· Processing personal and employment changes, ensuring the correct documentation is completed and systems are kept up to date.
· Processing leavers, ensuring the correct documentation is completed and systems are kept up to date.
· Ensuring all systems and files are kept up to date and documents are maintained accurately.
· Monitoring employee absences in line with the company Absence Management Policy and escalating where required.
· Supporting the HRBP and HR Director with projects as required.
· Liaising with the Payroll team and ensuring key information is communicated as required.
· Any other reasonable tasks as delegated or needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Energy, drive, and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced company.
· Excellent organisational skills, including task prioritisation and time management.
· Excellent Computer skills in Windows environment (Vizio/PowerPoint).
· Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices and the ability to apply this to a variety of situations.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently with employees, managers, key stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
· 3 years + in a HR & recruitment role (A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential)
· Applications are most welcomed from graduates with a HRM Degree with limited experience.
