Vacancy: Human Resources Administrator
Experience: 2 years minimum as a HR Administrator, minimum a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, such as business management, finance or business administration.
Our client is a reputable healthcare recruitment agency. They provide staffing solutions nationwide for both the NHS and the private sector. They are one of the fastest growing providers in healthcare staffing across the UK.
They are looking to appoint a new HR Administrator. The company is based in the UK however has employees in India as well. They have major plans to continue their expansion. As a HR Administrator. you will provide support to the Sales and support teams, having responsibility for all HR matters across the business. We are looking for someone with minimum 2 years-experience as a HR Administrator and who can demonstrate their abilities to oversee HR duties relating to a workforce of up to 50 employees.
This is a permanent, office based role in the City of London area, paying circa £30-35k, depending on experience. This a big opportunity for a HR Administrator. who is looking for future progression, as there is scope to become a Manager in future. The company has plans to at least double its workforce by the end of 2024.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ownership of recruitment & onboarding process's across the business
- Updating and revising company policies and procedures as necessary
- Responsible for ongoing employee engagement and development
- Work with the directors on HR improvements, developments and implementation of necessary policies.
- Provide occasional PA and administrative support to Directors.
Person Specification
- Experience within a HR Administrator. position
- Can withstand working in a fast paced environment
- Adaptable to change and flexible in approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, such as business management, finance or business administration.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
