We currently have an open opportunity to join our HR team as HR / Recruitment Administrator. You will assist the HR Officer to deliver an excellent customer service by providing efficient and timely transactional processing support in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes pre-employment checking and candidate management and general HR Office administartion. With highly developed interpersonal skills you will be confident to advise hiring managers on policy and best practice. The ability to use your own initiative, constantly prioritise your own workload and have a pro-active approach is key for this role.

We are looking for applicants who have:

• Experience in similar role, no previous HR experience required, but looking for an experienced Administrator
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• High level language and of computer literacy (Good levels of command Word, Excel is a must)
