Job description
We are currently looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team in the Dining Room at Brooks's Club.
Brooks's is a prestigious Private Members’ Club in St James's Street, London. It is one of the oldest and most exclusive Clubs in the world.
Salary: £25,000 per annum
A share of a monthly service charge and Christmas bonus
Monday to Friday operation, 10.30pm - 3pm with half an hour break, and back at 6.45pm - 10.30pm
The main duties of this role are as follows:
· To clean and set up the dining and servery areas
·To wash and polish glasses
· To prepare the restaurant mise-en-place for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
· To deliver food from the kitchen to the Dining Room, and serve to Members and their Guests
· To provide a ‘Home from Home’ feeling when greeting Members and Guests
· To support the other members of the Dining Room team to ensure an efficient delivery of service for Members and their Guests

The Club is usually closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays, and is closed for three weeks in August and throughout Christmas and Easter each year.
