Our security Hub operation in Daventry is transforming the way that Safety, Security & Shrinkage operate across our stores.

We currently have a number of opportunities available and in this challenging, fast paced role, you will join a passionate team to review CCTV and data to identify suspicious activity for a set number of stores and collate your findings into comprehensive case files.

• Identifying risks in your stores and creating comprehensive case files for anything found
• Understanding the key risks in your stores from available reports
• Requesting additional data for evidence on certain types of cases
• Speaking to stores and Group Shrinkage & Security Managers to gain additional insight
• Managing your workload to ensure all deadlines are reached
• Ensuring you process data in a confidential and secure manner, always following Information Security policies
• Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data and case files

• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Experience of a retail / stores or security environment
• Experience of data manipulation or CCTV review is desirable but not essential
