About The Service


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual, with excellent customer service skills to join our Community Hubs teams based across the city.


About the job


The team supports customers who make use of our Hubs & Libraries, aiming to resolve enquiries at first point of contact.

The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of a full Library service, along with carrying out general office duties including using digital systems


What We Are Looking For From You


You will be required to support customers using Hubs & Libraries to resolve enquiries and to provide customer focused delivery of Hub & Library services and information provision.

You will assist with the provision of a high-quality service, including supporting events held within the Hubs & Libraries

To provide a professional, high quality, customer focused Library admin service.

To play an active part in the Hubs/Libraries ensuring that good communication is maintained within the team and to contribute to the work of the team as a whole.

The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh would be an advantage
