Here at GXO, we’re looking for HRIS Team Leader to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our head office in Northampton with the opportunity for some flexible working. As a key part of our central team, you’ll be working from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Data flow management from SuccessFactors EC to Time & Attendance and Payroll & vice versa- Act as a key escalation point for any day-to-day queries
- Hold team leadership responsibility for the HRIS team, carrying our effective resource management, capacity planning and development of your team
- Carry out effective stakeholder management, reporting and representing the team at relevant meetings
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ADP Global View, and Time & Attendance Systems- Experience in a customer service-focused environment
- A hands-on approach to leadership with a keen and flexible attitude
- An ability to motivate and support your team and help them develop
