Job description
As a member of our Human Resources team, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for assisting with the configuration and support of the global Workday tenant and other HR applications. This includes system configuration, testing, process improvements, data integrity, training and troubleshooting. The position will also assist in HRIS related projects as needed.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Provide daily operational support to end users in Workday
- Provide Workday guidance to HR team members
- Maintain quality, consistency, and integrity of HRIS systems and data
- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
- Maintain supervisory organizations, positions, cost centers, and custom organizations
- Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements
- Overall responsibility for supporting, understanding, and maintaining Workday and other HR applications
- Development and delivery of training for HR system processes and functionality
- Maintain strict confidentiality to protect employee data privacy
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 Years HRIS Experience
- 1-2 Years Workday HR Experience
- Great attention to detail to ensure highest level of quality
- Highly flexible, ability to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with confidential information and critical business processes required
- Experience working with global HR data required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $26.38 per hour
