We’re looking for a talented HRIS Analyst who will own Integrations as well as collaborate with and help support data extracts/reporting for our People Analytics function. In this role, you will work directly with our HRIS team to manage the build and maintenance of integrations for our HR systems, identify and resolve issues, and support cross functional projects. This is an ideal role for a highly technical professional who takes initiative and wants to be part of a collaborative and ever evolving team supporting a fast-growing company.
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to design, build, update and test integration solutions for P&C related systems and data, primarily in Workday.
- Plan, gather and document stakeholder requirements including use cases and current/future state process flows with system touchpoints; leverage technical expertise to provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders based on requirements and system risks or limitations.
- Build existing integration map and document details on current schedules and parameters.
- Provide regular Workday production monitoring and support for all existing and future integrations.
- Manage Workday service issues and error reports for inbound and outbound files, troubleshooting, working with and communicating to the stakeholders as needed.
- Facilitate integration regression testing for new releases and enhancements.
- Build reports of varying complexity, including calculated field configuration, as well as formatted BIRT statements in Workday.
- Participate in the analysis, design, and build of custom dashboards in Workday, including configuration of matrix reports
- Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, IT/IS, MIS or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- 2-3 years experience using Workday integration tools: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Packaged Integrations (CCB, CCW), Document Transformation, Scheduled Processes, and Workday Report Writer.
- Experience working with external vendors defining and clarifying integration requirements and ensuring the integrity of HRIS data and security.
- Broad understanding of the Workday platform (business objects, organizations, tenant setup, etc.).
- Familiarity with Workday Security roles, models and domain security impacts.
- Ability to create custom standard and advanced reports, including calculated field creation, and familiarity with matrix reports.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working across multiple facets of HR (such as Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, etc.).
