Job description
The role is responsible for the following activity:
- Project planning & coordination.
- Status reporting and tracking.
- Dependancy monitoring across all workstream and parties.
- Onboarding and setup of new starter to the programme.
- Resourcing across each workstream based on the needs of workstream leads.
- Supporting governance and steerco pack creation.
- Change control process.
- Monitoring and tracking of risks.
- Project manage recruitment application rollout.
- Project manage other discrete pieces of work.
- Support programme cost reporting.
Key Experience Required:
- Project Management Certification.
- HR Transformation Experience.
- Worked on a Workday, SAP SF, Oracle or Ceridian implementation.
- Managed system change as part of a project.
- Worked part of a wider programme of work.
