HR Team Leader - Onboarding Beaconsfield, England
Job description
Could you lead and develop team to deliver a great candidate experience throughout the onboarding process so our candidates are ready to start work in our luxury Care Homes with all the necessary checks in place? We are looking for a team leader to support and motivate the onboarding team to deliver the best customer experience for all new recruits.
Your Role at SignatureJoining us as a HR Team Leader for onboarding you will ensure the team is delivering an effective and high quality onboarding process.
Managing the onboarding team day to day setting objectives, carrying out 1-2-1 and working to develop internal talent, provide any training needs and dealing with any issues relating to performance.
Maximise the use of ATS, D365, Softworks in ways of working the most effectively to deliver best onboarding journey for new employees.
Work across the HR Team and in particular with the HR Adviser Policies and Procedures to develop, share and train processes in the team and the Homes
To provide a point of escalation for the homes effectively investigating and dealing with any queries and responding in a timely manner.
To perform any other duties as required and assigned by the Head of People Operations.

Exposure to hospitality, leisure, healthcare, or a comparable service led sector is crucial as Signature continue to expand their portfolio and open further care operations.
You will need to be forward thinking and adaptable, with a high level of attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
