Job description
Having drastically increased our European footprint in a short period with now 70+ locations across 10 European countries. We are looking to expand our HR Systems team to support the roll out of our corporate HRIS systems, including Workday HCM, Day force time tracking, global payroll and more.
The role
You will be responsible for supporting all our colleagues in EMEA who use our HR systems; from troubleshooting minor issues to supporting HR colleagues with complex administration processes.
You will support the wider HRIS team to develop and enhance our HR systems by implementing change requests, but also personally managing some system improvement projects.
You will play a critical role in developing our reporting capabilities, from ensuring data integrity and working with business stakeholders to creating bespoke reports. You will also support in training users on the systems and developing procedures and job aids.
This is a hybrid role; you will be able to work from home and there will be some European travel; but with many key colleagues in our Heywood/Rotterdam location it would help if you were based near to this site.
To thrive in this role, you'll:
Ideally have worked with HR systems, especially Workday; and worked with administrator 'permissions' to use and configure complex information systems.
Be customer focused and enjoy interacting with people to solve their problems.
Technically competent - can use MS products including excel - good at parsing data and creating reports.
Good at prioritising and multi-tasking and managing the expectations of colleagues/managers.
What's in it for me?
Aside from a competitive starting salary, you will be part of a multi-country team with a supportive leader and experienced colleagues to learn from. This is a great development opportunity to learn new skills and work in different European countries, this year alone we are implementing in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland and Norway. Our leadership culture focuses us on developing talent internally; this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a global company.
We will support you to lead in accordance with our values which are: Safe, Trust, Respect, Innovation, Bold and Servant Leadership. Servant leadership means that we like to look at a leadership pyramid as 'inverted', leaders are there to clear the path to success for colleagues.
