Currys Contact Centre, Loughborough, LE11 5XH (Site Based)
Permanent
Full Time including some Saturdays
£21,840 + bonus paid 4 weekly (Uncapped Bonus)

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be speaking to customers regarding our range of services. You’ll use your excellent listening and questioning skills to quickly build rapport so you can understand what the customer needs are to enable you to find the perfect product at the best price.
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a telephone sales role, with our training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world class sales experience.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Converting calls into sales and processing the order.- Building relationships with new customers to ensure we're converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
- Working towards and aiming to exceed targets.
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
You will need:
A commitment to providing great service.- Sales experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working towards targets.
