Job description
The HR Division are seeking an experienced individual to provide high quality complex administrative support to the HR Consultancy team, including on wider HR projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing a customer focused approach, and first line of customer contact, proactively dealing with enquiries and providing general advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR related matters.
- Delivering comprehensive administrative support to the HR consultancy, including facilitating meeting arrangements, preparation of reports, presentations, letters, undertaking meeting notes etc
- Support the review of processes and the implementation of new ways of working for service improvement.
Applicants will have:
- Demonstrable experience of providing a customer focused service, providing HR Support activities, including organising and co-ordinating events and meetings.
- Significant experience and competence using IT systems
- High level of administrative and organisational skills
- A proactive and flexible approach, and able to effectively manage and prioritise workload
Full time 36 hours
