Job description
We are looking for a reliable individual to carry out up to 5 white glove deliveries each week with varying start times. Days that do not include a white glove delivery will be spent moving stock between our two sites and helping out in the warehouse if needed.
Key responsibilities
Achieve individual, team and Company Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Load and unload vehicles with items to be delivered following health and safety requirements
Ensure it ems are properly stacked and secured in the vehicle
Maintain vehicle in a roadworthy condition adhering to manufacturer’s instructions Maintain vehicle safety sheets and carry out safety checks each day
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and tidy internally and externally
Report any problems with the vehicle to the manager
Manage delivery paperwork correctly
Deliver goods to customers as they require Liaise with the customer to agree pre delivery site visits as required
Liaise with the customer to ensure goods are place d in the correct area
White glove delivery service including famialisation of product with customer
Install equipment as required following manufacturer’s instructions
Carry out minor repairs and part replacements as required by the company return and quarantine faulty parts
Ensure personal presentation standards meet company guidelines and courtesy is shown to customers at all times
Maintain ‘good housekeeping’ standards, ensuring tidiness, safety and good working practices are adhered to, in order to meet statutory health and safety requirements
