ProMach is currently seeking an entry level Human Resources Specialist to provide support for HRIS administration, benefits administration, reporting, recruiting, onboarding, and various projects and initiatives for our Pharmaceutical and Integrated Solutions divisions. In this role, you will apply your strong attention to detail and superior customer focus skills to provide a positive experience for employees.
Do you enjoy this work?
- Process all HR system activities including onboarding new hires; terminations, leaves of absence, transfers, payroll changes, I-9/E-Verify, and accurately updating documentation in the HRIS
- Confer with Division Controllers on bi-weekly payroll to ensure correct submission of payroll details to Corporate Payroll team
- Create/generate various reports using both excel and business intelligence functionality
- Oversees the new hire onboarding process including drafting offer letters, coordinating pre-employment checks, conducting new hire onboarding and supporting with the new hire benefits enrollment
- Helps organize company meetings and events at the facilities, including team-building activities to enhance and improve employee morale and productivity
- Manages day-to-day benefits questions and requests for employees; first point of contact for employees regarding benefits programs, including Open Enrollment activities
- Assist corporate safety with implementation of company-wide safety programs, including as a member of the safety committee
- Assist with the submission of claim related information to Workers Compensation administrator, including initial injury reports

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field of study
- 1-2 years Human Resource generalist experience;
- 1-2years’ experience with HRIS required, preferably with UKG software product
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and good presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including performing various functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Strong analytical capability - able to synthesize diverse information, collect and research data, use intuition and experience to support HR Director, and design workflow and procedures
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are required
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional and calm demeanor required for dealing with employees and third-party providers
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
