HR Shared Service Administrator (HRSS Admin) – Manchester – Hybrid Working - Fixed Term Contract

DWF Law LLP is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic HR shared service team based in central Manchester. You will be a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of your work and delivers to high standards, prioritising work, whilst looking for opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience, and demonstrating commitment to the Firm’s values.
You will support the HR Services Team and HR Heads of Department in the provision of HR services to all members of the Firm through the delivery of an effective, efficient and client-focused administration service. You will be a team player who takes responsibility for your own actions and the delivery of the team objectives.
We are keen to hear from candidates who share our values of team work and client focus. A similar background in a professional services environment would be ideal, with experience in:
- Monitoring and responding to emails coming into the HR Services email address in order to meet SLA.
- Processing new starters, leavers and overseeing changes.
- Producing correspondence for all changes to employee terms and conditions as directed.
- Maintaining attendance records.
- Accurately preparing Contracts of Employment and manage related processes.
- Applying for and monitoring references for new starters.
- Answer incoming calls to the HR department, resolving queries where possible, but ensuring calls are logged and responded to by the relevant individual;
- Will generate written correspondence, letters/emails, to external departments and customers as required
