Job description
We are looking to recruit a HR & Safety Administrator to join our growing team.
The HR & Safety Administrator will assist in making the companys human resources & safety department run efficiently. They should be exceptional coordinators who can work on multiple projects at once, from onboarding a new employee to scheduling training for existing employees. They must possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion and must know how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the employees.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Entering employment data into the company database- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
- Setting up recruitment and training events
- Answering any employee inquiries
- Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records
- Support in the development and delivery of employee engagement plans.
- Input into company policy documents
- Development of employee value proposition changes.
- Tracking and closing health and safety actions raised by staff
- Engagement with all staff on the improvement of company health and safety.
