Recruitment Assistant
Salary: £18,000- £22,000 (This role is entirely remote with one to two days in the office per month)

About The Role
This Recruitment role is extremely important to the company as our people is our best asset and our team is really important to us. We need the right person to help us find our sort of people and manage the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as keep the office ticking over smoothly!
What you must have
- A good academic record. GCSE Maths and English must be a B or above.
- 1 years continuous service in a role.
What Will I Learn? Be Doing? Be Spending Most Of My Time On?
· Supporting all aspects of employee recruitment and onboarding within budget
· Researching and trailing new sources of the best talent
· Reviewing CVs and organising tests and interviews
· New starter administration and paperwork
· Ongoing HR administration from training tracking to people related reporting
· Managing office IT updates and troubleshooting and liaising with our IT supplier
· Organising company events and socials
· Assisting with wellbeing and training programmes and scheduling
· Organising the cultural, social and charity projects for the company
· Helping with running the events onsite when needed
