Do you have human resources and HR Project Manager experience, and are you seeking a new job in Oxfordshire? Siemens Healthineers is looking for an HR Project Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

The HR Project Manager will deliver the HR workstream for our exciting new factory build in Oxfordshire. As an integral part of the New Factory project team, you’ll work alongside the Operations team to successfully deliver our people strategy for the new site.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve the HR Workstream objectives, ensuring that outcomes are aligned with our strategic theme to be a great place to work
  • Support the Operations team with the resourcing strategy and phasing to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time
  • Build sustainable local talent pipelines through liaison with local trade bodies, networks and higher education establishments
  • Take a leadership role to drive change management to meet project milestones
  • Coach managers to support and implement the change process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in delivering large-scale relocation projects and who wants to join a great team and is able to challenge the resistance that comes along with any change program. Additional experience and competencies include:

  • Advanced HR Generalist background with experience managing complex people projects and initiatives within manufacturing
  • A proven track record in managing relocation projects, and changing terms and conditions would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, and experience in change management, cultural change and people-related project management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law.
