This role is an exciting opportunity that will report to the HR Director, SMB & Supports Functions and collaborate with the Senior HRBP, Finance & HR to support the implementation of the people strategy for each team. With the upcoming integration of Enterprise and Global into a unified Business organization, there is an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience across various areas such as business partnering, organization design, colleague engagement, offshoring, and working with international teams.
What are we looking for in our HR Professional, HR & Finance?
- Supports partnerships with functional managers to translate business objectives into people strategies and deliver people programs and services.
- Aligns the people agenda with key business strategies through support for organizational planning and development initiatives.
- Contributes to and executes strategies as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, focusing on a transformative talent agenda for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Implements a local people plan to enhance business unit success and provide leadership support to senior leaders and their teams.
- Performs functional performance management, ensuring the effectiveness of people initiatives and programs.
- Assists managers with employee attraction, development, and retention, including activities such as annual reviews, leadership coaching, and advanced people reporting.
- Collects and analyzes people data to support organizational design projects and streamline processes.
- Drives inclusive culture through engagement with the organization and key stakeholders.
- Coordinates and supports consultation and collaboration on various people issues across all HR functional components.
- Gathers information for performance reviews and discussions within an industry-leading framework.
- Supports the implementation of process improvements within HR.
