We have an incredible opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our People Team.

About You

A People Business Partner is needed to join our People Team on a permanent basis. You will be an experienced HR generalist professional and will be able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, working at both an operational and strategic level. The ability to project manage, work independently, and be self-directed is essential.

About the Role

This role offers a chance to partner with our leadership team and line managers to shape and drive our Charity’s strategic objective. Reporting to our Senior People Business Partner, you will work closely with our Head of People, Learning & Development Lead, Payroll Lead and Internal Communications & Engagement team. The role supports our colleagues across the whole of the Charity nationwide.

The role is supported by a People Services Coordinator & People Recruitment Coordinator within the People Team, and contributes to the delivery of an effective HR advisory service that enables the achievement of the Charity’s strategic objectives and business plan. It acts as the catalyst to drive the employee journey and provokes positive changes in people management by facilitating discussions with the management and leadership team to bring best solutions for our colleagues.

It’s all about our colleagues being supported and developing their skills and knowledge so they can grow and deliver their objectives.

The People Team’s purpose within the Charity is to attract, retain and develop high calibre people in an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and recognised.

You will play a key part in the team and work closely with all our colleagues across the Charity.

Help for Heroes believes those who serve our country deserve support when they’re wounded.
