AWE are looking for a HR Organisational Change Co-ordinator to join our HR Governance Team.

Location – Reading / Basingstoke area
Package – £33400 - £45,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

What will you be required to do?
  • Provision of data analysis, development of reports and provision of insights to support customers in determining current and future issues and actions, in line with SLAs
  • Lead process and service improvements and manage escalated issues
  • Support the HR functional activities required to ensure the implementation, maintenance and ongoing provision of a fit for purpose Software as a Service (SaaS) HRIS which meets the requirements of the business and is developed to maximise the effective use of modern HR technology in the business
  • Support the development of HR processes and services, ensuring they are properly implemented and maintained, partnering with HRIS, HR Governance and the wider HR team to embed process methodologies
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of HR and business projects, providing insight from area of expertise
  • Use HR data, benchmarking and research to identify solutions to issues and improvements to processes or activities
Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of HR information systems
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good stakeholder management skills, able to influence and engage others
  • Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of the use of metrics
  • Knowledge of process improvement through the employee life cycle
  • Experience of working in a customer services environment delivering transactional tasks
  • Experience of working with HR information systems
  • Experience in GDPR data, processes, policies and regulations
  • Experience of working to SLAs and KPIs
