Location Remote with occasional travel to our London HQ

What’s more, we want to do things differently than some of our corporate competitors, we want to be less formal with things where the situation allows; removing barriers and red tape, as speed of outcome is what is going to make us different within the market place.In the HR team you’ll be overseeing the smooth running of our HR Operations activity, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll and reporting. Whilst these are the core responsibilities, you’ll also get involved as and when in other people related activities, such as the annual review cycle, employee engagement and well-being programmes, so someone who can manage, multiple, often complex situations will thrive in this role
.Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the operation of all HR processes across the business.
- To deliver key reward activities and provide expert guidance on payroll and benefits to employees
- Act as point of escalation for any HR operational queries.
- Manage and own all HR Operations activities and performance across the business, as well as ensuring any people-related Regulatory needs are met.
- Develop communication guidance materials for the HR Operations processes.
- Support in improving HR Operations processes by using and implementing efficient and effective solutions.
- Delivering all People related MI requirements to support business decisions.
- Serving as the lead on the HR system, as well as various other HR projects as required.
- Partnering the business on HR operations activity, shaping HR strategy in line with objectives.
- Functional oversight for SMCR requirements.

Technology
- Ability to work remotely (virtually) with the space and freedom to have confidential conversations.
- Access to a reliable / fast internet connection. (PC / Screen equipment is provided)
You (essential)
- Previous experience of managing operationally the full life cycle of HR operations
- Previous experience and responsibility for running payroll and benefits
- Hands-on with a bias for action and with a flexible approach to tasks and workload.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Confident, Self-motivated, and disciplined with the drive to work autonomously.
- Computer literate, able to use tools such as Microsoft with intermediate level experience of excel.
- Excellent team player with a positive, confident can-do attitude.
