Job description
HW People have partnered with a growing Financial Services client who are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager. This is genuinely exciting opportunity for a HR professional who has as passion for and experience of delivering effective and efficient operational, administration, systems, reporting, and continuous improvement of key people services.
In this critical role, you’ll work as part of the HR leadership team and have responsibility for a small team that are accountable for (not limited to) HR systems, administrative delivery, compliance, fleet management and HR processes as well as involvement in specific HR projects.
The ideal individual should have a demonstrable track record, skills and experience in the following;
- Management of a HR administration team with the ability to lead and motivate
- Sound HR systems administration experience including recruitment, payroll and reward
- Background in designing online processes
- Experienced in writing HR policies and procedures
- Ability to proactively seek continuous improvement of systems, processes and services
- Collaboration with internal and external partners including management of 3rd party service providers
- Experience of stakeholder engagement and influencing
Ideally you will have experience in the Financial Services sector and be either CIPD qualified or working towards this although not essential.
Based in the South East, they operate a hybrid working model (2 to 3 days in the office) therefore should be located within a commutable distance.
